In recent past years contribution of famous fashion designers and the biggest fashion week is substantial. LAKME Fashion Week 2014 was due on March 12, 2014. Today morning it has been started with high frequency of inspiration and full voltage of joy. This year LAKME Fashion Week is being celebrated as LAKME Fashion Week Summer / Resort. 

It is scheduled from 12th to 16th March on Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. Lakme Fashion Week 2014 is being celebrated with a great mission of “Redefine the future of fashion and Integrate India into the global fashion world”. It is being hosted by HUL and IMG Reliance jointly. In this fashion week all big designers of India like Narendra Kumar, Viashali S's Ramayat, Digvijay Singh's LUDO & LADDERS, Ragini Ahuja, Gaurav Gupta, Nishka Lulla'S, Nikhil Thampi and Valliyan by Nitya and from all around the word contributing.

in 5th day of Lakme Fashion week winter/festive 2013, Indian designers Archana Kochhar, Rahul Mishra, Samor, SVA, House of Chic and Vrisa by Rahul & Shikha introduced their stunning dresses. On this  fashion ramp not only Indian models but also bollywood actress Juhi Chawla and Nargis Fakhri take part as a guest to present their designer collection.
